I apologize that this is off-topic, but had a pressing need for some answers quick...
I received an e-mail today that a concert of Sabrina Carpenter's that I'm planning on taking my 14-year old daughter to is changing venues from a nice theater to the House of Blues. To get a refund, I need to notify them by this Friday.
I'm wondering if anyone has ever gone to a concert at the HOB? I have never been to a HOB and have no clue how it is set up or what type of environment it is. It says that everyone who has a ticket will be admitted under standing room only. But because I also bought a VIP package for a meet and greet, that we would be admitted before the general public.
I can't seem to get an answer whether a meet and greet will still take place.. anyone know how this works? And also, I'm hoping that by getting in early we might be able to get close to the stage.
But her and I are only 5'2" and I'm afraid that we're not going to see much of anything over the heads of taller people.
Trying to figure out whether it would be worth the cost and hassle of going to this new venue to see this concert, or if I should request a refund. I haven't mentioned any of this to my daughter yet because she's been wanting to see Sabrina perform for about 3 years now and I know she'll want to go no matter what the environment is going to be like.
I'd really appreciate anyone's thoughts before I bring this up to my daughter. Thanks!!
