Does anyone know if the Swan/Dolphin AP rates will get better the closer it gets to my Feb 4th - 10th stay?

I don't ever remember the Swan/Dolphin adjusting their AP rates - once they are issued, they usually don't change. I have gotten emails in the past though with lower rates.
