Question about specials from US/transportation

I didn't see this asked before (but please tell me if I'm wrong) but as many US people can see there are little to no specials from the US site. My question was, since there are plenty of specials on the UK site - can I book them even though I don't live in the UK? Anyone have experience with that?

Also, transportation to/from CDG airport: does anyone have recommendations? I found VEA shuttles however I couldn't find info on DLP provided transport to/from airports if available.

Im sure other people from US have managed to book with UK deals and I know some people in UK have managed to book with deals from other countries eg Ireland.

DLP dont offer their own free transport from the airport so your options are

VEA - may have to wait for the bus and can be a scrum at times to get on

Private or shared shuttle - will be collected at arrival terminal and taken direct to hotel so many find this the easiest option especially with children or lots of luggage

TGV train -direct to station at park.- This option is the quickest as it only takes 10 mins but but you may have to wait quite a while for the train and then will need to get a shuttle bus to your hotel

RER train- will need to change in central paris so this option isnt always the most practical as will take the longest
