Question About SoCal Select Annual Pass

I live in Northern California and have purchased and used a Southern California Annual Pass in the past. Does this still apply? Can I do this ?

If your ID has a SoCal address, I would think you could. Don't expect to use a credit card for payments unless it too has a SoCal zip code.
