1. Is Soarin' the same as Soaring over California?
2. What is the order of all the places you "soar" over?
Please answer! :thumbsup2

1.) Except for the queue and name, they are indeed identical.
2.) Can't answer that now, but could look at a video of it later.

They are exactly the same except for the queue. It's the same video but I have heard that a new one is being filmed so that when the 50th celebration is over Soarin' will have Disneyworld/Florida footage.

:thumbsup2 ok thanks guys. i just need the last question answered now

Any luck on getting the answers yet?

I can give you some of the answers, but I don't know the order.

San Diego Bay
Redwood Creek Trail
Half Dome Yosemite
Napa Valley
Palm Desert
San Francisco Bay
Los Angeles
Disneyland (This is the the last scene with the fireworks)

A couple other areas I can "see" but don't know exactly where they are:
The orange groves
The jets in the desert (maybe Death Valley?)
The Pacific Ocean (maybe Malibu?)
The skiing scene

Good luck...maybe someone else can fill in the blanks and perhaps put them in order for you.

There is another difference. The ride in Epcot has special "hanglier" features. In the ride at DCA, you can smell oranges while flying over fields. In WDW, they dont only do smell, but they fix the temp.

The ride goes over every major area in CA.

i think i know the order. I have been on the one in wdw but not the one in calafornia. I think they're the same because at the end of the one at wdw it has the calafornia castle. :surfweb: anyway, i think it goes mountains, lake, oranges, plane, golf ball, castle. I'm not exactly sure but i think that's it

That's alot of help. I appreciate it. Could someone put them in order now please? LOL
