Question about RotR BG

First time doing the boarding groups on Disneyland and I want to make sure we have the best chance possible at getting into a boarding group since none of my group has ever ridden it so I've been reading a lot. Question, can my party of 4 try to join a BG while logged into their own accounts on the Disneyland App (with all 4 tickets linked to each) or should we use a single account on all 4 phones?

Yes, as long as you all can see each other's tickets, you should all be fine to use your own accounts. With the latest update, you're able to set your boarding group party up an hour before 7am, so have everyone do that by 630 that morning to verify everyone can add each other and you should be fine. Just clarifying, are you asking about Disneyland in California or, Walt Disney World in Florida?

Not a problem. I'll pop your question into that forum. WDW RotR does not currently use Boarding Groups so I'll move your question there to avoid confusion.

If you guys are all linked together you can all try (last time we had five phones going) but if one person gets it they should have it for your whole party. Once one person is successful in grabbing a BG for your party the rest of your group won’t be able to, because you already have it. So yes, you should all try!

Perfect! Yeah we're all linked together already, I just wanted to make sure trying from dif accounts wouldn't hinder us. It sounds like it should be ok. Thanks for your help

Good to know. Our group will either be 11 or 18, so hoping to hear about even larger groups.

I just got BGs for a group of 14 last week.

I swear someone was going to try for a group of 20+ a while back but I cannot be sure. It's awesome to hear that RevVines got a BG for 14! We had amazing luck on our trip - we got a BG each day (4 days) and a noon BG the one time we tried. DH watched the clock count down but we honestly didn't use it for real - I just pushed Refresh as soon as it refreshed starting about 15 seconds early. We were BG 38, 42, 5, (?? noon one - I cannot recall) and 138. GOOD LUCK!!!! And have a great time!
