question about rooms in CR

How do you count the floors in the contemporary.? Meaning, when you look at it you see the first row of balcany's which floor is that exactly?

I'm not sure.

CA Grill is on the 15th floor (top).
14th is full concierge
no 13th
12 is lite concierge
11 starts regular rooms down to ??
I would guess 6th or maybe 5th??

4th is where Chef Mickeys/Concourse Steakhouse & gift shops are

That would be the 5th floor.

The tower rooms go from floors 5 - 11. The 12th floor is the Tower Club (concierge light) and the 14th floor is the main concierge level with suites. There is no 13th floor. That's only at the Hollywood Tower Hotel.
