Question about room requests ?

Hi I am not sure if I am posting in the correct place. Sorry, if I am not.

I made reservations for an upcoming August trip (staying at BCV) online. I did not put in for room requests and would like to. Do I call DVC member services and have them look up my reservations and ask them if they could add them? I was not sure if you need to do it by DVC member services or do you call the hotel itself and ask them to put it on the reservations. I am sorry, but this is my first time making reservations for a room online.

I realize requests are just that and may not be met. I just thought I would try.

Just call member services and have them add the note to your reservation. I just did that this morning. Like you say it is hit or miss whether you will get it but I usually try.

The new on-line reservation system does not have a place to note requests when you make a reservation.

You can call or email member services. There may be a limited selection of requests selectable during on-line check-in beginning at 10 days from arrival, but your better off having MS note them.

The Resorts can't note requests on your reservation.
