When I booked our trip a month ago I made two requests: Boca Chica and top floor.
I had a change of heart and requested Conch Key instead. I called to make this change and was told no problem.
Yesterday I called to make a payment. I asked to tell me what request was noted. There was no mention of Conch Key - it was the original (Boca Chica). When I asked if it could be changed (as another CM had lead me to believe) I was told it can't be changed. But they could make a note on our reservation.
So will the hotel have to read through notes just to find my request? Or is it obviously noted?
Just wondering if I should even make requests at all.
