Question about ROFR

If Disney does buy a resale back what do they do with it?

I believe they re-sell it to existing DVC members as an add-on. since they offer them at $84/point, they only exercise ROFR on contracts that they can still make money on. They do incur closing costs, broker commissions, etc.
