What happens if you book a DL package and the check in date is the last day of the peak season and the rest of the days are during the value season? Do you get charged the peak rates for every night or just the first? Thanks!

Hard to tell. From what I understand you are charged the rate of your first night for your entire stay (at least that is what happened to us for WDW). Your best bet it to ask when you book. You can always make two reservations one for the first night and then a second for the remaining nights. Only thing with that is that you are required to put down 2 deposits.

That's exactly what we had to do 2 years ago at WDW.....the first night we were there was not in Value season, but the remainder of our trip was, so we essentially had 2 reservations. We didn't have to switch rooms, however I do recall having to stop in at the desk to get new room keys - If I recall correctly the keys were activated based on the length of stay...and technically our first *stay* was only the one night. It wasn't any big deal...it only took a few minutes!
