This is probably a dumb question, but I haven't made quiche in years. Does a baked quiche freeze well? I'm just talking about cheese and bacon quiche.

Thanks!

I have a friend who freezes her quiche, but I don't do it. The eggs/custard tend to separate & the bacon gets soggy. :crazy2:

Hi! Yes, you can freeze quiche, but when you warm it up, do not microwave it. It will definitely be soggy. If you defrost the quiche first in the fridge, then warm up in the oven, it will be fine!
