Question about Pteranodon Flyers?

We have four people in our party, only one of whom is 52 inches and the rest over 56 inches. Will all four of us be allowed to ride together? Or will the little one have to ride 3 times taking turns with each of us?

I think I read that you get a return ticket from a kiosk, is that correct? Will we need 3 return tickets or just 1?

They were making each person over go with one person under. So, in that case, yes, the smaller child would have to go three times. They didn't do return tickets when we were there, just a couple weeks ago. The wait said 30 minutes and it was only 10-15 minutes both times we did it. I think they use a ticket system when the line is excessively long.

Why do they have this rule for this ride? DD and I were very curious about that during our visit.

It is one of the few "kids" rides in the park and it has a very small load amount so the lines would get very long when adults were allowed to ride on their own with no kids.
