Question About Prima Crocs

I have been looking into getting Crocs because I have heard how comfortable they are. However, I do not like the look of the regular bulky crocs so I have been looking at the Prima ones. Does anyone have these? Are they really comfortable and if you have worn them to Disney have they given you blisters? Also, when ordering should you order a size larger or smaller? Thanks in advance.

I wear my primas to work but would not wear them to Disney - not enough cushion. Plus, they had a longer break-in period than my beaches. If you really don't like the beaches, try the mary janes. They have more cushion than the primas but are not as bulky as the beaches.

If you like flip-flops, the Crocs Capri is a wonderful shoe. It's all I wear to disney. No blisters, no heel pain.

They have 3 kinds, one has a suede material on the top, I haven't tried those.

Another has canvas on top, I WOULD NOT recommend those, the canvas stretches out and they don't fit snugly.

The third is a neoprene type top and they are great. I've had mine for 3 years now and wear them all the time. No stretching at all. I do need to get a new pair because the bottom is not as supportive as they used to be.

I'm with you on that. They're great for the weekends, but for a day at Disney, I would pass. What I love about them is they have some of the comfort of crocs, but they don't look like crocs. :rotfl:

I've done park commando style twice in the flip-flops. I had no issues, and I can have killer tendonitis in my left ankle.

Thanks for the advice everyone. I am looking into the flip flops now, but I don't normally where them. I have broken my left ankle twice and have a lot of problems with it when walking for extended periods of time. I have a great broken in pair of New Balance walking shoes, but wanted something a little nicer looking than big bulky sneakers for some of the days on our trip.

I have primas and no they are not as comfortable or easy to walk in as other types. I do like them for wearing with jeans and would choose them over other flats, but not for the parks. I love my cleo sandles for the parks. My feet can go all day and not get tired and I think they are cute (relatively speaking!). On my last trip I brought my clogs and my Mary janes, but ended up mostly only wearing the cleos (I have 2 pairs).

Are the cleo's sized the same as regular shoes? I am looking at buying some now, but I want to make sure I order the right size. Thanks for all the input everyone.

I wear a 9 and my cleos are a 9 and fit perfectly. In the clog style crocs (I think mine are caymans), I take an 8. HTH!:)

SO glad you posted this. Planning on bringing my cleo's next week. Now if only the weather will cooperate and it is warm enough to wear sandals! :rolleyes1

My ankle is held together with screws and pins after a very bad break. The flip-flops actually give better arch support. I'm constantly looking for the arch support.
