question about pricing

I have booked a package for next December (08). I know that codes came out for the time of yr we are going this year and I was wondering how much you saved. I have booked us at the Wilderness lodge for 7 nights with tickets and food. I really really want to stay here but I am having a hard time justifying paying over $3000.00. Did anyone get any really good deals with the public codes. I am looking for at least $500 day savings or we might have to down grade.

Codes will be out sooner or later for first 2 1/2 weeks in December. Last year, a PIN code came out, i believe, in february. The code was for 40% off a room. I got an AKL standard view for $129 a night for 6 nights. I should add that this was a leaked code and alot of people that were entitled to it got it ( i was one of them ). Keep watching the boards for discounts as you can bet that they will be posted up rather quickly once they are dropped.
