Question about preordering Photopass CD

I was just on the photopass website and I can't find where you can pre order the cd for $99.95. Could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

We actually purchased our CD online while we were at Disney and we still got the $99.95 offer. Also on the bottom of our receipt was an offer for a $25 photo shoot at our hotel.
