DD, 9, has been trading pins for the past few years. We just returned from the Disney Dream cruise and unfortunately she lost her lanyard. She was heartbroken when it came time for the Pin trading session with the Ship's crew. She really had some that meant a lot to her. (Princess/ Minnie, Where to you want to go today?) etc.

I purchased a few for her to get started again but it wasn't the same.

We did fill out a lost item card with the ship and hoping we get some good news.

We are going to WDW in Jan so my question is... what is the most cost effective way for me to get her some pins for trading? Looking for 5-10 just to get her re-started and on par with her brothers.

I see there are a lot of fakes on Ebay and don't think that is the right approach
.
Any advice is appreciated.

sending you a pm on where to get reasonable legit disney pins that aren't on ebay

Contact the Disney Outlet store in Woodbury Commons, NY. I believe they have a bunch of pins on sale right now that they can ship to you. :thumbsup2

I love mousepins online. They are great to work with. All pins are guaranteed to be Disney pins. They have grab bags of 10 for $15.00, 25 for $37.50 and bigger bags too. I have never been disappointed. I like to buy them and give them as stocking stuffers, Easter basket treats, Valentine’s Day and such. I will buy a big set (like 100) to get the best price and give a few each holiday. That way when we take a trip my boys have a lot to trade but I did not pay an arm and a leg for them. Sometimes my boys want to keep the ones we buy (some are limited edition or cast member only) sometimes they get girlie ones and those they trade first. I have no connection with them just a VERY satisfied customer.
