question about pin codes

i just call disney and got a great CM i she check my name and my wifes name for pin offers and told me that my wife had a pin offer but i expires in june
just wanted to find out if pin offers do expire i though they were good for the whole year

The travel dates may be good for the whole year but they do have to be booked by a certain date
