Question about parking at Grand Floridian

Quick question!

We will be going in April to the world! So excited!

One of the days during our trip, the day will start out at HS, then to Epcot and then to the Grand Floridian for dinner (and a couple hours at the MK).

We are staying off site this trip.

Now here is the question. Our ressie is at 4:30 pm for 1900 park fare. We will get there a 15 min early and want to go to the MK after. Can we leave our car at the Grand Floridian till 8pm? (I am not trying to get out of paying for parking, as clearly you can see, we will have already paid for it that day). I just dont want to get in trouble.

If its a problem, we will move the car, just one more step.

Most likely yes - although I find the parking at the GF to be a huge hassle. Self parking is across the street through a gate (that has to be remotely lifted from the guard gate at the entrance). The self parking at the GF is free and you may or may not be given a three hour parking pass. I have never been given one. When I am going to the GF I valet park. Since you have all ready paid for parking that day I would not want to pay for valet on top of that. I would likely just go ahead and park at the TTC and take the resort monrail to the GF (just two stops away) and then go directly back to the TTC after your time at the MK. Honestly getting back to the GF after MK isn't any easier than going to the TTC after MK.

Ok! That was another thought I had. Good to know the parking window is 3 hours. Looks like we will just had to the TTC and take the monorail over!
