Question about Orlando Informer Meetup

Hello. I just saw something on a different forum about the Orlando Informer meetup at Universal Studios on June 2, 2018. This is the day that we plan to be at Islands of adventure. I have scoured the Universal website, but cannot find any information on the event. I was wondering if anybody knows if the park closes to regular day guests earlier then the calendar states?

I thought it was:

• The party ticket will get you in at 5:00
• Park close is still 9:00

Enjoy park access beginning at 5:00 pm. The park will close to the public and exclusive access to the following attractions will begin at 9:00 pm.

We really wanted to make it to the event this year, but the timing just didn't work out for us.

I read it the park closes at 5PM but maybe not...I think the best thing is to call (844)ORL INFO or email them at meetup@orlandoinformer.com for clarification.
