question about ordering DMB tix

I'd really like to see Dave this tour. I went to his website and he's just announced US dates. Apparently if you join their warehouse you can pre-buy tix. How does this work? If I join now will i be able to buy tix today? Is there a way I can find out how much the tix are before I join? I want to go ahead and join if it's worth it. Will I actually get tix?
2nd question - will dh and I age 42 and 48 feel too old at a DMB show?

First off, you will fit in fine at a Dave concert.

Secondly, my sister is a member of Warehouse and she told me that being a member does not automatically guarantee you get tickets and if you do get chosen the seats are picked for you. what i'm trying to figure out is if I pre-pay for tix I hope to get or if I put in a request and they let me know if tix are available and the price later.
