Question about older group tickets

I have a ticket from a youth group trip a couple of years ago that I'm pretty certain was only used for one day. I only remember going in the park for just one day during that trip, and not returning for the second day.

On the ticket it says "2 Day 2 Park/Universal AND Islands AND City Walk". I'm not sure if the other day I have left is still usable or not, as I don't see this type of ticket sold any longer. It seems they are only selling the tickets good for a week, or just those good for one day.

How would I be able to find out if there is still a day of use left on this ticket? If I called could someone at Universal be able to tell me?
