By all accounts, they have only sold 4 of 18 buildings at SSR--that's over a period of just about a year. So, sales at SSR will probably continue for a minimum of 3-4 years.
SSR took about 2 1/2 years to build, and that was with existing infrastructure in place. With that sort of construction lead time, it sounds reasonable that there may be an announcement in the next 12 months with the resort opening around 2008.
I don't even want to think about what points might cost by then...
