Question about New AP rate (Best rate)

Is it good for Oct 1-4th?I was almost sure somewhere I read that it started Oct 8th.I guess it wouldn't be good for Sept 27 either.Also would some let me know what Best Rate they got for staying at any of the monorail resorts and AKL.What is the price for a AP for a adult?We use to get them every year,but,then the codes and other great packages came out and we haven't purchased any AP's for years and not sure of the price now.I know that only one person needs a AP,but can you book more than one room.We always need to book two rooms?Any help would be great.
