I was wondering how long it takes to do Seas with Nemo and Turtle talk, and Living Seas? We will be there mid January...2 adults who have never done this before.

The entire pavilion is called "The Seas with Nemo and Friends."

If you mean riding the Nemo Clamshells, seeing Turtle Talk, and looking at the rest of the pavilion exhibits...
depending on the date and the time of day, (and just how much "lingering and gazing" you want to do) figure you can experience quite a bit between 1-2 hours.

Ok thanks for clarifying. and yes I meant the Nemo Clamshells. We plan on going to do The Seas with Nemo Jan 16(Mon) about an hour after opening

That's a good plan.

As an adult who loves aquariums, I love to hit up this pavilion as close to opening as possible. That way I get my picture with Bruce without a million kiddos running around, and my husband and I can leisurely stroll through all of the exhibits and not feel rushed or crowded. But to piggyback on what someone else said, you shouldn't need more than 1-2 hours for this pavilion, considering there are only the two rides and then the aquarium exhibits.

So, you ride the clamshells to get down to the aquarium exhibits right? And then down there somewhere is also the Turtle Talk?

1. Yes.
OR, you can just walk directly into the full aquarium and exhibits area
via the pavilion's main "exit."
(Which is about 100 feet to the LEFT of the main entrance, as you face the building.)

2. Turtle Talk is right next to the clamshell's unloading area.

I was going to say more like 35minutes -1hour depending on how long you spend at each aquarium, but I don't wait for rides/shows - so this would assume no wait for Nemo (besides the 5 min walk through the long winding empty line lol), riding it, then either checking out aquariums or heading into Turtle Talk depending on when the next show starts. That's about what we give it each trip, generally closer to the 35 minute mark, which is plenty IMO.

As Robo said you can enter through the exit and walk around the exhibits downstairs then go upstairs to the aquarium. I rarely ever ride the ride, I'm still hurt from when they changed it to Nemo but as a scuba diver love the aquarium. We have been diving in it 3 times but I could and do, spend at least 2 hours just walking around and looking at everything.

For first timers, I would advise doing the clamshell way into the exhibits at the end and not going through the "exit". It's a cute ride and a fast loader so even if the line is long (and it might be an hour after opening since only Future World is open), you might have to wait thirty minutes to actually be in a shell. As for the exhibits, my husband and I can spend at least a half hour just on the static stuff and then a very slow walk through the aquarium part.

The nice thing about The Living Seas is you can go at any time really. Oh - and at the end of the ride in the shells, realize that the creatures behind the cartoons are real.

Thanks everyone. I am looking forward to seeing it. We are going to soarin at rope drop and then over to the Living Seas. It sounds like something I will really enjoy
