It looks like they banked 25 of their 2022 points into 2023, then needed to borrow 18 points back from 2023 into 2022 (probably realized they needed some points after they had banked the 25). Once those points were moved from 2022 to 2023, they are stuck there. The previous owner did use 18 2023 points, leaving 132 remaining. Add the 25 points banked from 2022 and you get 157 points. 25 of them expire at the end of the 2023 UY.

Well, you have a June UY, so you have until May 31 of next year to use them (they are now in your 2023 UY that runs from June 1, 2023 until May 31, 2024).
With a June Use Year, if Seller had not Banked the 2022 points by 1/31 they would have been lost if you did not use them by 5/31/2023 - so they did get you until 5/31/2024 to use them? Not sure what was disclosed to you in the Purchase Agreement - if you were "shorted" points, most contracts DO have an adjustment for that.

I don’t think I will be going til august 2024. We’re a family of 7 and we just got back 2 weeks ago. I know my dw wont let me go alone or with a couple kids and she won’t want to go again soon. So I will have to bank the 132 point into 2024 for a trip? I might give them to one of my sisters though for a few 2 or 3 nights.
Yes, you would bank the remaining 132 2023 UY points into 2024, but you don’t need to do that until next January. As to the 25, you could always rent them out. Rentals are going pretty cheap right now, but in a few months that might change for the better. At todays prices, you could likely rent them out for +/- $12-14 per point (based on the board sponsor). Or you could maybe book a studio somewhere for one night for a friend.
