My toddler is obsessed with Zootopia, and I know that the Move it, shake it dance party is the only place to see Judy and Nick in WDW. So, I'm hoping to fit this in to our plans in November!

A couple questions - my understanding is that it starts as a parade, and then the floats stop and people can dance with CM's and characters. Are there floats all along main street or just in the hub area? Is the hub the best place the experience the party?

Also, if anyone has been there recently and noticed the approximate location of Nick and Judy's float once the dancing starts, I'd love to know! Of course, I realize this is subject to change.

I cannot answer about Nick and Judy, but in regards to teh paade in general, I like the Hub. It is there for quite some time and there seems to be Lenny of room for the kids to enjoy it.

I love this parade! I love how they come down off of the floats to dance in the street. Just my opinion but I have always found the first one (maybe there is only one now) to be less busy.
In June...I want to say those characters were closer to the Castle...but I can't say for sure. My boys got a kick out of seeing them too. Have a great time!

Yes, the floats will stop around the hub and the characters will get off and dance with some guests. We were there in June, and as I recall (I could be wrong), their float was toward the back of the parade, so that would have them stopping on the Frontierland side of the hub. Again, I could be wrong, because we didn't stop and dance with them, but we saw the parade a few times as we were walking Main Street.

As mentioned, the floats parade down Main Street and stop at the hub for a dance party.

Some characters, as well as cast members, will dance with guests in the streets around the hub. The main characters on top of each float remain on the top of the float.

Also, just a note because you have a toddler - it can be very, very loud. My toddler was fine one time, and the next time the music/DJ was just way too loud for him. It may have just been where we were standing though...

Thanks for this - I wouldn't have thought about the volume!

My toddler kids couldn't do this as it was insanely loud the last time we went, louder than even the dance parties. Just walking past it was terrible. We are bringing child size ear protection this trip so they can hopefully enjoy things like this and the dance parties this time. I don't know how CMs don't have hearing loss from working this every day.
