Question about monorail...hurry please

My DSIL is in WDW now and she has a reservation at Concourse Steakhouse at the Contemporary Resort...can she take the monorail from Epcot to Contemporary????

Sure, with a change at the TTC. If you hit it right about 15-20 minute ride.

EDIT ADDED: Make sure she gets on the resort express at the TTC. Have her ask a CM. The other monortail only goes to MK.

Tell them to get on the monorail at Epcot and take it to the TTC (ticket and transportation center.) Then get off at the TTC and hop on the monorail that is heading to the Magic Kingdom--it will stop at the Contemporary Resort. It is really easy!

Tell her to have fun!! We love the Concourse Steakhouse.

Another option would be to take the Contemporary Resort bus from Epcot to CR (if there is one). It would be faster in my opinion. The ride to the TTC is neat, the resort monorail will stop at Poly, GF, and MK before CR.

The resort MR stops at the resorts.
The express MR goes non-stop to MK.
There is no resort express.
The MR that is headed to the MK does not stop at the CR.
The RESORT MR goes to the POLY, GF, MK and then the CR.
Perhaps the monortail stops at the CR, I've not been on it!

You should try it. It's quite a trip! It usually carries the LOTW after the 2nd stop! Unfortunately I don't think there is a Contemporary bus from Epcot. If time is not essential you can take the bus from Epcot to WL, then the boat from WL to the CR. Fun ride.

I don't think there is? I asked about getting between Epcot and the Polynesian for somebody I met at my resort and was told "monorail".

I have no first-hand experience, but I've read on the DIS that there's no Disney Transport bus between Epcot and Contemporary.

From Epcot to Poly, I would think the best way would be monorail to TTC, then switch to the resort monorail and get off at the first stop.
