Question about ME tags...

I read on here that people were receiving yellow tags for their ME bags. Is that only for arrivals?

We fly into Ft Lauderdale and rent a car which we return when we reach WDW. We are only using ME for our return flight home from Orlando, not our arriving flight. Is that why I didn't receive any special tags for our luggage in my ME package?

That is correct. It is only for arrivals; when you return, the RAC counter will tag your bags to return to the airport, with the exception if you are flying Southwest. You will take your bags on the ME and into the airport.

We are flying CO so we can just check our bags at the resort and ME will make sure they get to the airport and onto the plane, right?

That is correct; they don't want to confuse luggage arriving to the resort, with luggage leaving the resort....

For those of us going both ways, they tell you to specifically remove your tag before you get to the RAC so they don't get sent back to the resort again!
