Question about ME documents

OK everyone, I have a situation that is a little bit confusing, but I'll do my best to explain it here. My family of 5 (Me, DH, and 3 DD's) are flying down with my parents. We booked 5 nights at Pop Century, and had to include one of my DD's on my parents reservation because Pop rooms sleep 4. When our 5 night package is over, my parents will fly home. My family of 5 is staying an extra 3 nights at POR, no package, just a room only reservation. We got our ME documents yesterday. My documents (which include Me, DH and 2 of our DD's) include the vouchers for just the arrival, it says they have no flight info for our departure. I know I gave them the info. So my 1st question is, will I get a seperate ME book with my return vouchers because the 2nd part of my trip was booked seperately? Now, my dad received his ME documents, vouchers for arrival and return, for mom, dad, and my DD who will actually be staying with us longer, so will she need a different voucher than the one my parents received? The info my dad received says that she will be leaving with them on their flight home. As you can see, I am a little bit confused. Should I call Disney and attempt to explain this to them. I am afraid of our whole reservation being messed with (this happened to us once when trying to add a night at CR- wiped out our whole ressie). Hope this all was clear and maybe someone can give me some insight as to what to do. Thanks!

Everything will be just fine!

You (your family of 5) have 2 separate reservations, 1 for your first 5 nights at Pop, and 1 for your final 3 nights at POR. You will get separate DME mailings. Now here's the confusing part -- you will receive ARRIVAL bus vouchers and DME tags in your POR DME packet, even though you'll have no need for them. In fact, you should THROW AWAY the DME tags that say POR on them, because they are of no use to you and you definitely don't want to confuse them with your Pop tags. On the day you arrive in Orlando, I don't think you want your bags being shipped off to POR!

Call DME directly at 866-599-0951 and make sure your DME reservations are all in order. Don't bother calling 407-W-DISNEY with DME questions.

Thanks so much for the reply. I feel a lot better. I will look for another ME package in the mail. If I don't get one in a week or so, I will call ME. Looks like you are a fellow New Jerseyan. DH grew up in Margate. Thanks again!

I would check my ressie if I were you....just to make sure they have everything right. Or just cut right to the chase and call them. We got our ME stuff last week and it was wrong even though I know I gave them the info. I know I did because I made a special call to them to give them the info because I booked our flight after the WDW ressie. Anyway, they had it wrong. I called because I only got info for my dd and my dh and they had the wrong arrival date. I have a similar situation w/a split stay and there are 2 rooms involved. For some reason, they only put ME onto one room ressie instead of both rooms and they only put it on the second part of our stay and not the first part....those are 2 differnet ressies. Confused yet? :rotfl2: Anyway, the only way to make sure that the second ME info for your second ressie is indeed right and is indeed coming is to check your ressie to make sure they have you scheduled for ME service on both ressies or to call and verify that you're scheduled properly. I'd do that for peace of mind. I know I was glad I double checked. They fixed my ME info and I had my new packet that covered both ressies a few days later.
