Question About May 21st

We already know that there is a Revenge of the Mummy Annual Passholder event on the evening of May 21st, however, from all we've heard, that date is supposed to be the Grand Opening of the new attraction. Are there special Grand Opening events planned during the day on the 21st? Will the ride be open in the daytime or will the AP event mark the "official" opening of ROTM?

As we plan to be at USF that day, Inquiring minds want to know

I believe Media Day is the day before, May 20th. I would expect that most of the events would happen on May 20th. I'm sure there may be something on May 21st, but I would guess that the big celebratory day would be the 20th.

I, too would like to know. I was planning to try to go down May 21 to go to the Grand Opening, but if nothing really special is going on, I won't be able to go. Do you know anything about this, DM?

Well, now I've got another May 21st question...I just saw that the 21st is the day Shrek2 is opening. Anything special going on in relation to that?

So if we have a choice: to go to Universal on the 20th or 21st and we don't have AP-s, what day should we go (what day will be less crowded?)
