I really love Knorr Teryaki marinade sauce which I use on boneless pork chops. The left over juices from after making the chops I then pour over top butter noodles which taste amazing. Can I just maybe...pour some of the marinade sauce into a bowl and heat it up then add to noodles? Or would that be bad? :confused3 Thanks

I'm not really sure what you're putting on the noodles.

If you're cooking the pork in the oven, then putting the warm marinade and juices over the noodles, a little something may be missing, but I'm sure the noodles will be tasty.

If you're marinading the pork, removing it from the marinade and cooking it, then using the "leftover marinade" on the noodles STOP DOING THAT RIGHT NOW. Fresh marinade, that has not had raw meat soaking in it would be less potentially dangerous.

You could do that, but it probably will not taste the same. Part of what makes you sauce taste so amazing are the juices from the pork chops that mix with the marinade while cooking.

You can use leftover marinade but it cannot be "heated" it must be boiled - then you can use it.

Yea I was think it wouldn't taste the same. I'll stick with the marinade + pork juice!

No no I'm definately not using the marinade after the raw has been in there. Food poisoning is not fun.
