question about making reservations

I apologize if this has been asked before....

If I am calling at the 11 month window, day by day, for reservations at my home resort, what happens if the 11-month window falls on a weekend when MS is closed? Do you call the Monday after or the Friday before? Thanks!!

You need to wait until Monday. That is the main reason why the phone lines are jammed on Monday. Maybe some day we will be able to book on-line or MS will be open on weekends to help with the Monday rush. Good luck getting what you want, the hold times on Mondays can be very long, just relax and enjoy the music.
