Question about making reservations

How far in advance can you make reservations? Is a deposit required for a room only reservation?

You can make them years in advance. People did that for the News Years 99/00. They quote you usually the highest rack rate and for a room only deposit they require one night's deposit (room plus taxes). I have booke as early as 10 months in advance.


They will send you a confirmation and then ammend it when the rates are set. If a code comes out that has a better rate, you can switch to that.

I generally make ressies about 9 months out for room only and paying one nights deposit. I have had no problems using codes later on to get a better rate.
