question about making an AK safari journal

Hi all!
I am in the process of making autograph books and Epcot passports for my sons and now I see that there is a passport type safari journal for Animal Kingdom. Has anyone made one, that can offer advice? Or does anyone have one that they could describe the pages?

I am not sure. I have not actually seen the safari journal/AK passport.
