Question about Magic Shots

I'm wondering if anyone knows the frequency of magic shot changes or additions. We took quite a few last summer and are currently debating if Memory Maker makes sense for us this year. If there are some new magic shots available, I would probably say yes. Thoughts?

At their whim. With the addition of Memory Maker they have been adding/removing alot more than they used to. But they do also appear to be heavily tied into whats new or popular. So they added Chip and stuff as part of the New Fantasyland, and then added Olaf to go with the popularity of Frozen. But since they brought back Frozen Summers this year and haven't added anything other major new park stuff, who knows? Maybe some for Inside Out like they did for Monsters Univeristy?

Almost every photographer had magic shots available when we were there in May, but a lot of it was the same stuff over and over. I still asked every photographer for them, and had them taken. The most popular one seemed to be Chip. I really wanted the fairy wings, but we never found a photographer that had them.
