question about magic bands and linking tickets

i am sure the answer to this is buried in some threads with 20some pages, so sorry for the repeat question.

we are going to WDW in early june.

1.) what is the deadline for requesting our magic band wristbands? (before we end up with generic gray)
2.) if i buy 9- or 10-day MYW passes at the disney store, will i be able to go to MDE and link the tix somehow? (i was thinking about going to the Disney Store with my DD to hype things but if it's easier to link by buying on the WDW site, I will.)
3.) and then once i have the tix linked, at 60 days, that is when i do FP+? (not at 60+10, but at 60?) I already have my ADRs.

1) Reports vary between 10 and 30 days.
2) Yes.
3) Yes. 12:01AM (Midnight) Eastern Time, of the day 60 days before check-in to make all the days of FP+.
