Question about Kona Cafe's Macademia Pancakes

I was just wondering if the macademia nuts are in the pancake batter?

Or are they plain pancakes and the butter has macademia nuts in them?

Off the top of my head, I do not recall macadamia nuts in the pancakes themselves. I think it's plain pancakes with lots of pineapples on top and then a dollop of the macadamia nut butter. I had it in December and it was really good.

On Allears.net and Disboards, neither recipe has macadamia nuts in the pancake batter.

this is all i eat there. there are nuts in the batter or the pancake with pineapples on top.
