Question about Island of Adventure and??

Stupid question..........
Is the Island of Adventure and Universal Studios walking distance to one another?? Also can it be done in 1 day??

Yes, they are within walking distance. Everything at US is very close and within walking distance. As for doing them both in one day, that depends on how much you want to do. If you only want to hit the main rides, yes, you probably could. We were there for a week and paced ourselves and saw all the shows and took our time. To really appreciate both parks though, you need at least one day at each in my opinion.

Yes, they're about a 5 minute walk between them, just passing the Hard Rock Cafe and the NBA Cafe, then you're there!

1 day is only recommended if you have no choice, the more the merrier, I could spend a month there easily and not get bored.

I have done both parks in one day a couple of times.

If the crowds are very low, as they are in the off-seasons, then it's possible to do all the major attractions in both parks, but it would be a long day - open to close.

If the crowds are moderate, you can still hit most of the major highlights in both parks without too much trouble.

In heavy crowds, such as mid-summer, forget it. You need a whole day in each park

They are really close to one another. And yes, they can be done in just 1 day. We always start out in IOA and then half way through (a little bit after lunch) we switch over to US. And we always get everything done that we wanted to.

We've done both in one day - but I wouldn't think it was possible with both adults and children.

For us, a few rides were closed, and it was adults only, so VERY easy. And we were there from park opening to park closing.
