Question about how the pin codes work.

I just received a pin code (YAY!) for the dates my group and I are going in May/June. Will the pin be applied just one room or, since I will be handling everything anyway (this was the plan to begin with), will it be applied to the 3 rooms I'll be getting? Thanks!
