Question about how credits are taken off account- are they pooled?

Here is my question. We have DxDDP. If DH and I go to flying fish (2credit sig), can just HE use 2 credits (getting the appetizer, dinner, and dessert), and I just pay for my $40 meal out of pocket? THen the next day, we plan on eating at Ohana and will have 2 TS credits left on our plan (since I didnt usemy 2 credits the night before at FF). Can we go and have them deduct 2 TS credits for both of us?

Yes you can. They are all pooled together.
