Question about housekeeping at OKW

Hey all!!! We are just 5 days out from our trip and I'm so excited!!!

But, I do have a question...we are staying at OKW. We are NOT DVCers, so we just paid cash. Will we get housekeeping everyday?? Or will it be just trash and towels?? Or will we even get that everyday?? I understand that when the DVCers stay it is only every so often, but I didn't know if that applied to us since we are not members and just paying cash.

Paying cash through WDTC will get you daily housekeeping. If you rented from a member you will only have the T&T and scheduled cleaning as per the rental agreement.

I understand that when the DVCers stay it is only every so often, but I didn't know if that applied to us since we are not members and just paying cash.

as stated, if you paid cash to an individual (as a renter), then you are renting a timeshare arrangement (trash and towel service and full cleanings alternate every 4th day depending on the length of your stay.)

if you paid disney directly, then you get daily housekeeping as a standard hotel guest.

We stayed there last month and noticed that every morning there was a laundry basket outside our front door with sheets, towels etc...I thought we had to make the room up ourselves...but that is how the mousekeepers do it...they deliver a basket to the front door and the maids come by later to do the room...since there are no maid carts.... Figured this out after day 2!

Without elevators in the buildings, it's a little harder to get stuff up to the second and third floors.

Like I said, I figured it out eventually...we never stayed there before or any resort without an elevator...
