Question about handicap accessibillity

My grandfather is going with us on our trip next month and I was wondering if there are any rides that won't stop for him to get out of his wheelchair. For instance I know that HM stops the ride, but does say Carousel of Progress also? He's not going on any roller coasters, but any of the rides a 1 year old can go on, he'll go on. Thanks!

Peter Pan won't. Tomorrowland Transit Authority probably can't, either. Every other attraction should be accessible to him. Caroussel of Progress stops the building rotation completely for each new group to enter.

That is correct.
Peter Pan can't be stopped except in an actual emergency. CMs have told me it has to do with the fact that the ride 'pirate ships' change from being on the ground to being suspended. There are also concerns with leaving people up in the air.

Tomorrowland Transit Authority is not wheelchair accessible. The station is at 2nd floor level and the only way up or down is a steep moving ramp. If it could be stopped, it would be even worse to get up because it becomes a steep and somewhat slippery metal ramp. There is also a moving walkway at the boarding and exit area. Those can only be stopped in an emergency.

Pirates also has a steep moving walkway to go from the exit level back to 'street level." That moving walkway can't be stopped, but you can bypass it by using an elevator located toward the left just before the walkway.

So those two are out, but everything else should be good. Stinks about Peter Pan, but I understand that. I don't think he could move fast enough to get on, so we'll keep him off that one. Thanks!

My wife and I recently went and I used an ECV. I have CP so I use crutches and of course had to deal with the moving rides. Haunted Mansion does stop the ride, you're right, and when I went they did for a severely disabled girl who at the last second decided to not get on the ride. But when I went to get on, it was my first time getting on a moving ride and I think we asked them to stop it or slow it down and the employee kind of shrugged me off like "You'll be ok". I got on alright, and after that one I was a pro on the others, but I was surprised they didn't do it when I asked. So you may have to ask more persistently than I did.
