We noticed that there are extended hours on May 1, as well as Spectromagic and Fantasy in the sky. Is the general public able to attend, or is this for grads only?

It is for seniors and chaperones only. It's an allnight affair. DW helps her sister's HS in FL every year and she is worn out for days afterwards.LOL Here is more info:

Grad Night

Thanks......it looks like that night (May 1) isn't actually a grad night anyway! :D :bounce: :D

You're welcome. Thats good news.:) DW is going on either May2 or 3rd. Glad it's not me. She has to put up with her sister the Dean of Discipline all night;)LOL Every year she says never again, but I know she really loves helping out and having fun.:) Have wonderful stay.:)

Thanks again, and I'm sure we'll have a wonderful time. We're going with our 5 yr old and 2 yr old so it should be interesting!:D

Grad nights are April 25 and 26; May 2,3 and 9 this year.

They just added FITS and Spectro on May 1 and 6 (first schedule had neither).

Yes, we were so excited to see that Spectromagic and FITS were added to the schedule and just were afraid that it was for grad night only......so it was great to hear that's not on a grad night!:)

We were thrilled to hear it also.

Hi all,
Is it safe to assume that grad nights are at night only? May 9th is the day we plan on taking our 2 year-old to MK. I wouldn't want to deal with longer lines! Does anyone know what time the grads arrive?

Thanks in advance!

Grad Nights are at MK only and start around 10-11 PM until 4 or 5 AM. I don't think it will make a difference during the day. I will be there also, can't wait until next week!!

Just saw another post on this board that says MK was milling with teens during the day on a grad night. This could just be a coincidence (I'm hoping it is). As I mentioned, I am taking my 2-year-old son to MK, so we'll spend most of our time in Fantasyland and Toontown, so it probably won't affect us...

I just hope it's not too crowded...we're going from a Thursday-Tuesday. I am avoiding the parks altogether on Saturday and that Sunday will be Mother's Day (going to AK). We're doing MGM on Monday. I already made my PS's and really don't feel like changing everything around!!!!!!!

For an extra fee, this apparently gives the grads early entry at MK and unlimited use of rides. Interesting.
