Question About Gift Card Promotion

Hoping someone can help me...

I'm in the midst of planning a trip for Star Wars Weekend in May. I'm interested in the gift card offer, but I have an AP and will not need the five-day ticket that the website includes in my quote. We do want the dining plan, however. Can I book the gift card promotion and only purchase the one-day tickets? I'm assuming I would probably have to call for this reservation...

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Best to call. It may be that a specific length of a ticket is required.
You may also see what they have to offer you for an AP ticketless package.

For the free giftcard offer, the 5 day pass is required. That's why AP holders aren't that thrilled with it. Last year's PIN with a free giftcard only required a 1 day pp. We did that one.

Do you happen to know if I could pull the tickets off my KTTW card and apply them towards an AP renewal? We might take advantage of the gift card offer if we end bringing DS's best friend, since he'll need his own ticket anyway. We'll be heading back to WDW/Universal sometime early 2011 for Harry Potter World...

I don't know why you couldn't apply them towards the renewal you can apply them towards a new AP. That I know for sure. Have fun!
