Question About Gift Card Offer?

We are contemplating a trip next month. I have a 40% pin, so I know that you can not use that in conjunction with the "Stay 4 nights get 3 free" offer. I also hear that if you are staying between 3/1 - 3/9 and 3/17- 3/29 you get a $200 Disney Gift Card. Does everyone get this, or is it only for those who book with the 4 for 3 offer?

We just returned and had the 4/3 deal. We got the gift card. My parents and brothers and their families went at the same time but couldn't stay seven nights. They all got other deals, but we were the only ones who got the gift card.
