question about garden grocer

I am considering using garden grocer. I read on their site that all Disney hotels have a refrigerator in the bell services area- which is where the package is kept until you retrieve it. Has anyone done this? I am staying at CSR in 4 weeks. I want to order a lot of dairy products (specific yogurt and half and half) and would be very upset if this stuff was spoiled when I picked it up! Someone please tell me that they have received fresh, cold products.

Also, has anyone requested products that are not offered on the site?? How does that work??

Yes, bell services does have refrigerators. We've had (chilled) food dropped off and it was fine when we received it. I have to put a plug in for wegoshop though. We used them last time and were extremely pleased with the service. She called us on our arrival day to clarify some things to make sure we got what we wanted, and even gave us a contact number so that if we found we needed a 2nd delivery we would get half off the delivery fee. We have used GG before and it was fine, but not as personalized as WGS.

We used garden grocer this past trip and were happy with the service. I was worried about leaving groceries that needed to be refrigerated but they were fine.
I actually was in the luggage room and they store the groceries in the kind of frige that has the sliding doors--like at 7-11.

Hi I'm so new to all of this but I read somewhere that wegoshop.com actually shops for you to your specifications, so instead of a pre set list you actually tell them what to buy down to the namebrand you prefer so maybe that would help you .
