Question about Freeport Dolphin SWIM

'kay ... signed up DH, DD (13) and self for the dolphin swim in Freeport ... DD isn't the strongest swimmer in the world (issues dating back to when she was 3 years old) ... so we have a few questions:

1. How deep is the water that we'll be in?
2. Is some kind of life jacket provided for floating purposes?
3. What kinds of activities are included while you are in the water?
