Question about free dining package...

If your dates fall within the package dates you can try. It all dependso n availability at the resort your're booked at. If you made these arrangement yourself just call Disney Travel and ask them to apply the code. If you booked through a travel agent, call them and ask them to try to get it applied. Good luck!

I called and the CM gave us the discount, which has saved 303.00 and moved us up to the premium package. We probably won't use the disney quest and water parks, but still, what a great savings!

DH's parents are going with us, so I just called MIL with the discount code. Hopefully the CM she speaks to will give it as well.

If you've added her to the ressie though, they have probably added the cost of an additional diner for all those days.
While the dining is a good deal, it's not a good deal if you are paying it for days you arent there.

what is "free dining" ? I can't imagine free anything. :earsgirl:

From late August to early October, they had a package that included dining, but everything else was at rack rate. It was a different way of having a discount promotion (instead of discounting the room).

I think the original poster worded their post wrong, it's not free dining but a package that includes the dining plan. It's "free" in the sense that you don't have to pay while you are on vacation, but it was paid for in advance.
