Question about free dining for 2008!

Hi Everybody,
A quick question. My family went for our first Disney Trip last year and we'd like to go again in September of 2008. We got the free dining last time and it was great. Do they do that every year and if so, when should I be looking for it? should I wait till they offer it before I book our trip or can I change if when they offer free dining?

I have already booked my package for next year. If and when(keeping fingers crossed) they offer free dining I can just change it then.
If I remember correctly it came out in April some time.
We had free dining in 2006 and it was great.

There are some hopeful signs that they'll do the Free Dining promotion again, including the fact that a lot of us were able to book a late Aug/Sept free dining package as the "bounceback special." The 2007 package was announced in April.

Book if you are sure you want to go and will go whether or not FD is offered. The available dates are in question, of course, so I wouldn't book air-fare yet.
